I’m loving the fonts too! (Esp Recife),
freshly inspired by my recent score a $3 Royal Portable Typewriter from the 70′s, fonty fabulous.
Rather than Ernest Hemingway (typing away whilst standing with his royal) I’m thinking more William Burroughs, with lots of frantic cutting and pasting to go with.

I stumbled upon this some years ago. I guess it was then something like version three or two going back then.
It fell somewhere in back of my mind then after initial rush “HOW COOL IS THAT” passed, but now you have reminded me and I think I will use it for something. One for the old times.

Beautiful type…I wish I had something to use it for!

Also, I got my copy of the magazine, and I have to say it is PERFECT. Every page just as beautiful as the one before…

Regardless of its ostensible overexposure Recife’s typographical art is amazing. Thanks for the heads up on new work from him (I am a typography nerd even if I don’t really get much of a chance to put it to good use).
