No I, indeed, saw this on Suzanne's blog and even had the link in one of my drafts. Somewhere during my disjointed and backwards editing cycle I must have deleted it. It has been fixed. Sorry about that Suzanne, it will not happen again.

"We all appreciate Wurzeltod tremendously here. If we ever posted any art in the past that you posted first without a linback to you, I hope you know that it wasn’t malicious. It was either an oversight, or we simply didn’t know that it was you."

Or maybe we saw it somewhere else completely unrelated. Hey, it happens!

But in any case, we've been singing your praises from the get-go over here, dear.

Ack - no via! Most of the time, we definitely include one. I'm sure that Ross, who usually includes a "via" at the bottom of his art posts, simply forgot in this case. I'm sure he'll fix it when he sees the comments, linking back to wherever he happened to find them, if he remembers. If not... we're ripping out his adenoids.*

We all consider it very important to link to the original source. Unfortunately, sometimes the source can fall through the cracks. There's a great discussion on how that can happen, and how important it is to us to link to the right source, in the comment thread on this post (Wurzeltod comes up a lot!):

We'd never intentionally obscure such an incredible source. CH <3 SG

*Fact: this was actually done to me at a children's hospital in the USSR. Without anesthesia. :(

I may be a terribly old fashioned Tumblrista, but a "via" every now and again really wouldn't hurt anyone, ey? ;)

Love these! Particularly fond of the ambiguity of the first one...you're not quite sure what it is, but it's intriguing enough that you want to take a closer look.
