“The Scariest Workout Video Ever Made”

At this very moment, in my hot little hands, I hold a copy of 80s scream queen Linnea Quigley‘s ineffably rad “Horror Workout” video.
Much to the disappointment of B-movie fans everywhere, this pinnacle of home fitness instruction has yet to be made available on DVD. The VHS cassette sells for anywhere between 50 and 100 clams online.

Love it. This brings back happy memories of an old favorite Linnea Quigley movie, Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-o-Rama. She really is something special.

This is quite possibly the greatest workout video ever…not only because of the dancing zombies…but because it’s during THE DAY! Guess it’s the only time the undead have time to workout.

WOW! When your past comes back to haunt you! I played the mad killer “The GIPPER” in this masterpiece, which was written and directed by my brother Kenneth Hall. He owns the master to this and, if enough of you want it, I’m sure we can talk him into releasing it on DVD!

There are other clips up on YouTube, and in digging around, I noticed several folks mention they had recently bought the DVD of this fine, fine piece of cinema from Linnea herself…
